We had a fantastic stay with well-appointed rooms and enjoyed the amazing breakfast spread every morning. The pool and sun loungers were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Only downside was the lack of a microwave in our room, but overall, it was a wonderful experience! 🌟

Great stay despite some hiccups
We were excited to stay here for 4 nights, and the location was spot on! Loved the breakfast at the lounge, but the small tables were a real pain for two. The mini fridge in our room wasn't family-friendly. moving stuff around risks charges. Overall, a solid experience, just a couple bumps.

The rooftop area provided a stunning view and a refreshing escape from the bustling streets below, perfect for unwinding. The proximity to nearby attractions made exploring so much easier, allowing for a quick stroll to both the vibrant nightlife and cultural sites.
Our experience didn’t come without its hitches. Noise from the pool pumps and a broken switch in the room caused sleepless nights, which was unexpected for a place that charges hefty rates. The air conditioning in room 1403 was like a Wookie's growl—loud enough to keep anyone awake. It wasn't the family-friendly vibe we anticipated, as the pool area was more suited to adults enjoying drinks rather than kids splashing around. Minor issues included a remote that needed new batteries and attempts to get extra towels that stretched into irritation. Additionally, some spots in the hotel felt outdated and could use a refresh. While it has potential, this hotel needs some work to meet guest expectations adequately.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like fast wi-fi, a relaxing bar, and a fitness center. The staff even helped return my sim cards left in the room during my first stay. I'll be back for a weekend!

We loved that this hotel was just a short stroll from the stunning lafayette square and only a 15-minute walk to the national wwii museum, making it the ideal spot to kick off our city explorations. the friendly staff were also eager to share great local tips that helped us connect with the vibrant culture of new orleans.

will definitely go back there again
I had a great time! The premium king room with balcony was super spacious. It had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable sofa. The bathroom was nice with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. They also had a fitness center, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Perfect location, close to everything!

Perfect for a birthday trip
We were here for my mom's bday and it was awesome! The location is clutch since you can walk to everything but still get some peace. Breakfast was delish and the beds were super comfy. The pool could use some sprucing up tho. Definitely would come back for the friendly staff and good service.

Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed the jazz clubs and hit up some local burlesque shows. The hotel was great—big rooms and super convenient to everything. Just a heads up, ask for a room away from adjoining doors if you're a light sleeper. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay too.
One downside was that there was no refrigerator in the room, which was disappointing.

missingWrote a review on Aug 18comfortable layoutproximity attractionsdated decor
Rooms offer comfortable layouts, letting you lounge during your stay. The proximity to nightlife and major attractions means you're always close to the action.
The aesthetic feels stuck in the 90s, with stained wallpaper and outdated furnishings that gnaw at the experience. The pressure to use valet parking without being informed of self-parking options was frustrating, and it felt like a forced upcharge with no benefit. Cleaning issues were prevalent, as surfaces were dirty upon arrival, and several amenities, like a refrigerator, were missing from the room. The dining options lacked variety and freshness, making meals feel less special than hoped.

We appreciated the convenient location, allowing us to explore the nightlife and jazz clubs that New Orleans has to offer. The corner room was lovely, with picturesque views, and we especially enjoyed the local restaurants within walking distance. Our stay with the kiddie was memorable.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly options by the pool area. It seemed quite loud and crowded during our stay.

missingWrote a review on Jul 24nightlife experiencedelicious foodroom convenience
It was a real treat to see my kids enjoying the famous bread pudding there. Plus, Gary at the front desk was incredibly helpful with our family queries.
In my wife's opinion, an extra fridge and microwave would have made our room more convenient for a family.

missingWrote a review on Jul 04excellent servicecrowd managementslow valetmissing mini fridge
During my stay, I experienced excellent service. The staff carefully managed the crowds, ensuring we felt safe and comfortable amidst all the festivities. It left a positive impression on my trip.
I would have appreciated a mini fridge in the room for drinks, and the valet parking was slow, likely due to the weekend rush.
